As well they had there spellbinders nestabilities on for 30% off and the extra 25%. And the last thing I got there was a sizzix die for 50% off and the extra 25%!!  I bought all my daughter's stocking stuffers for next year as well as they were all 755 off at Claire's. Kathy's Cozies

Good Afternoon!! I was excited today when my mom brought the mail in!! I have been waiting all last week for this to come!!

It's a cozie for my E2!! About a month ago I won this from Kathy's Cozies blog from a Disney Blog Hop that was hosted by Melissa from Disney Dreamer Designs (it was her birthday) and Shawn from Crafty Chics (also My DT Sister over at Getting Cricky With K Andrew) Kathy makes so many different cozies and does an amazing job. Here is a list of the cozies she makes

Quilted Dust Cover Cozies for:
Cricut Imagine machines
Cricut Expression
Cricut Cake machines
Cricut Create/Personal Cutter machines
Cricut Cake Mini machines
Cricut E2 machines
Cuttlebug machines (old and new styles)
Cord bags
Gypsy Cozies
Cuttlebug Plate Bags
Kindle
iPad
Jukebox
Cinch
Xyron
YourStory
Scrap Bags
Big Shot
Vagabond
Scrap bags
Big Kick
Big Shot Express
Flip Camera
Cell Phone Cases
iPod Touch Cozies
Custom Sewing Machine Cozies

The only reason mine took a month was because it was Thanksgiving in the States when I won it plus I live in Canada it always takes way longer for me to get my orders!!

Thank you so much Kathy for such a cute cozie!!

Go check out some of the other ones she has made, you will also want to buy one or more. With my cricut expression I never really noticed dust but with my E2 it is ways dirty so I am so thankful for this Cozie!!

Another Christmas Card

Good Afternoon! Yesterday was the children's production at church. Each class did a small part, they had a Christmas tree and each class had a different ornament to hang on it with a story behind them. My daughters class was Ginger Bread cookies. the story was that just like mom's and dad's make the cookies God made us. I wasn't sure if my daughter was actually going to go up on stage as she usually clings to me. For a couple weeks now they have been practising their song and my daughter had it memorized after the first time she heard it. My mom had to bribe her by telling her she would give her a surprise if she was brave and went up on stage. not only did she go on stage but she did a sole (wasn't suppose to but she started singing the song before the other kids were ready) we got the whole thing on video it was so cute, one little boy was waving his hands at her and telling her to stop and when she didn't he put both hands on his head and shook his head.

Here is the song (sung to the tune of "I'm a little tea pot")

I'm a little person growing tall (raise hands up)
I'm very big but once I was small (crouch down)
God made me special with His own hands (cup hands as if molding clay)
and I know Jesus is my best friend (hug yourself)

I made a card and container for the teachers for a thank you present.

What I Used:

Just Because Cards Cartridge: card 4.1"
Twinkle Toes Lite Cartridge: speak bubbles 2" and 1.5"
Black ink
K Andrew Designs Art Stamps: Winter Wishes, "Merry Christmas", swirls

Winter Wishes Buy HERE

I believe that this is actually suppose to be an envelope but I figured I would use it as card. I measured the card to get the inside piece. I made a belly band for it to keep it shut.  Wednesday I will show you the containers I made for them.

Have A Great Day

Seasons Greetings

Good Morning!! Wow one week before it's Christmas Eve, I have alot left to do, including finishing up presents and cards as well as wrapping all the presents. I will be a very busy lady this weekend!! I did manage to get one card done yesterday while the kids slept. The card is for my Aunt and her boyfriend for Christmas

What I used:

Cuttlebug embossing folder: Snowflakes
Cuttlebug Embossing Die: 2x2 from the Halloween set
Blue and White Ink
Snow Flake Punch From Dollar Store
Blue Ribbon Dollar Store
Stickles: Frosted Lace
Pop Dots
Winter Wishes Buy HERE
This card I whipped up in less than 20 minutes.  I have always loved blue for Christmas instead of red and green. I inked the paper with white ink after I embossed it to bring the snowflakes out. I used the stickles in the centre of the snowflake punch outs to add a sparkle to them.

Please don't forget about the hop going on right know over at Getting Cricky With K Andrew, there are alot of inspiration over then from my fellow DT sisters and it was the first hop that I have ever been in!

Have A Great Day

November 18th was the first snow fall this year where I live and my daughter was so excited. There was only about 1/2 inch of snow but my daughter wanted to go outside and make snow angels!! I decided to take pictures and when I saw the theme for this months hop I knew it would be perfect for a layout. We haven't had much snow since, which is fine with me. I am not much for cold weather, it seems I am sick for most of the winter.

I hope this shows you that you can use Stamps on layouts and not just cards. I have a few more layouts that I will be making using K Andrew Stamps in the next few days.

Good Afternoon!! O my goodness today was the first day I have left the house in a week!! My mom wanted to go to Michael's to get chocolate melts for her Christmas baking and I never pass up a chance to go there!! Boy O Boy am I ever glad I did. I always see the clearance bin and the last couple months there hasn't been anything good in them. I spotted what looked like scrapbooks and picked one up, it was a message board, I looked at the price and had to take a double look $2!! I picked up two of those. I was going to try and make one but couldn't for that price!! I also saw these grocery size bags full for $2. I took a peek in them and saw something that really caught my eye so I bought 2 of them. I got them home and opened them up and couldn't believe it 4 packages of STICKLES!!! WOW can't believe it, below are the pictures I took of the stuff in the 2 bags.

2 memory boards

2 bags full of loop

5 packages of red paper clips

9 packages of rose paper clips

8 packages of pencils

7 packages of mirrored guitar stickers

Corner Book Mark

Good Morning!! This weekend is going to be filled with Christmas baking and decorating the Christmas tree!! I don't know if I will have too much time for crafting:( I have several projects that I have yet to post on here so I won't run out of  crafts to share!! This Morning I wanted to share with you a step by step of how I made a corner book mark. When I saw the ones that are exclusive to the Cricut Craftroom I thought about buying the download but then figured I could make them without the cricut. below I will show you how to do it yourself!! I'm a single mom so anywhere I can save money I will!!

4 by 4 piece of paper

score from point to point as shown

cut out one section of triangle

fold one section up to the opposite corner

do the same with the other side so that you get a triangle.
tape the bottom piece down making sure you leave a little pocket

decorate as you wish

I used a K Andrew Design Art Stamp Set for the word READ. any ideas as to what set I used. bet you will never guess!! Ok ok I will show you

Winter Wishes buy HERE

Yup that's right Winter Wishes!! I took the "R" from "Bright" "E" from "Nice", "A" and "D" from "holidays". I used tape to mask out the letters I didn't want. I used another piece of green paper to stamp it on (just incase I messed up) and then once I was done stamping I cut it out used pop dots and added it to the book mark. I then added the 4 gems (dollar store) and then did the white stitching around the whole thing (white gel pen). I told you the other day that this stamp set could be used for more then just Christmas. Because alot of the words are the same size you can mask out any letter or letters you want and make your own words like I did!! I have a whole list of words you can make with just this one stamp set that hopefully in the next little while I will beable to put to use!! Just to give you some examples: Good Night ( "G" from "bright" "O" and "D" from" Holidays" to make "Good",  and for "Night" take the "BR" off the "bright" and add the "N" from "Nice")
You can take the "W" and the "ES" off "Wishes" and add the "F" from "Fun" and make the word "Fish" and then put "Fish Kisses" These are just a few, if you can see any more feel free to message me and maybe you will see me use them. You can also pick up this set and the others over at K Andrew Designs.

Have A Great Weekend!!

Punch Wreathe

Good Morning!! I am feeling much better, I just have a stuffy nose but at least the pain and sweats are gone!! Today I would like to show you a simple wreathe that I made using a 1" circle punch, Tim Holtz Distress Ink:Bundled Sage, double sided tape, hot glue gun, ribbon, black and red ink and of course K Andrew Design Art Stamps :Winter Wishes

Winter Wishes Buy HERE

I punched out 15 circles in white cardstock, I then formed a circle with them and glued them down, I then took the distress ink and ink the wreathe, I stamped the sentiment and added the snowflakes in red ink. I then made a bow out of the red ribbon and hot glued it on. I also hot glued the ribbon onto the back of the wreathe. I have hung this on my craftroom door knob, you could make several of these and hang them on your Christmas tree. These are easy enough that you could have your children help you out as well, I know my daughter loves to use the 1" circle punch. This stamp set is perfect for this time of year it has everything you need to make beautiful cards and layouts stand out just a bit more. but don't limit it to just Christmas there are so many other occasions it can be used (birthday, thank you just because ect.). It is now back in stock (see it's so popular Kristal just can't seem to keep it in her store), to get your hands on this set and the many others pop over to K Andrew Designs and make a purchase, you will not regret it!!

Happy Shopping!!

God Bless
